Unresponsive support; flaw in responding to emails
Dispatch has lots of fantastic features but there are 2 problems.
One, when you hit reply to respond to an email, you cant see the other persons email to you as you compose your response. (You can choose whether the person receiving your response will see their original email, but you cant actually see the original email yourself as you are typing your reply.) If you want to be able to comment on something the person wrote to you and if you need to remember the exact words they used, you either have to (1) swipe back and forth from the original email and the email you are composing or (2) copy the relevant part of the original email so you can paste it into your response and view it while you are responding, or (3) you have to have a better memory than I do.
Two, if you have a question for the support team, they might not respond. I emailed support 4.5 weeks ago with a simple question and received no response. I followed up twice with the same question and still got no response.
