Support non-existent

Contacted support team over 5 times with same simple question over 8 month period. Never received any response of any kind. No acknowledgment of any kind. Nothing. Nada.
I double-checked to ensure I had correct address, I searched everywhere in my email for a response (inbox, my spam box, etc.). Nothing there. They just didnt care to respond. And it should have been a really easy question for them to answer.
